12:00 pm PST will ship the same day.
Priority is given to Premium and Next Day Air
shipments.
Standard Shipping - This is our basic
shipping, and will usually be Ground service from UPS or the US Postal Service.
Normal delivery time for Standard shipping is 3-5 business days. Alaska, Hawaii,
Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands can take up to 10 business days.
Premium Shipping - This is our upgraded
shipping, and will usually be via Priority mail from the US Postal service. UPS
services are used when necessary. Normal delivery time for Premium shipping is 2
business days, and in some cases 3 business days.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands may take additional days.
Next Day Shipping - This is our only
*guaranteed date delivery service, and will be done via UPS Next Day Air or USPS
Express mail. Normal delivery time for Next Day Shipping is 1
business day. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico
and the Virgin Islands may take additional days.
Oversized items will be subject to additional charges, please
contact us for a shipping quote.
*Carrier Guarantee: UPS and the Postal Service will refund shipping costs on Next Day Air and Express mail if the package does not arrive on time as a result of their actions. Refunds of this nature will not be given until we have received these from the applicable carrier.
APO/FPO/DPO Shipping -
This is our service for Military customers, and can
only be shipped with the US Postal Service. Please know that Standard shipping
can take several weeks, so be sure to order early.
For USPS Priority mail shipping to a military mail address, you must choose
Premium shipping.
Normal delivery
times do not apply to APO/FPO
shipments as these packages go through many channels to reach their destination. Please read more about the delivery of Military mail at the

Please understand that we cannot guarantee delivery times by the carrier, and that these delivery times are to be used only as a guideline for ordering. Returns made because of a late arrival by the carrier will not be accepted. |
