Ghoulash

Ingredients:

1 cup butter
1 cup onions
3/4 cup green peppers
4 8-ounce cans tomato sauce
1/2 cup cider vinegar
2 tablespoons liquid smoke
4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons dry mustard
1 clove of garlic
1 teaspoon celery seed
2 teaspoons chili powder
3 pounds ground beef

Directions:

Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add the onion and peppers, sauté for 5 minutes. Add all other ingredients, except for the ground beef, and cook for 15 minutes over low heat. In another pan, brown the ground beef. Drain and add to the sauce. Cook for an additional 10 minutes.
