In order to keep our pricing low, we do not offer a printed catalog at this time. Our online catalog is up to date with the latest in stock merchandise.
International orders cannot be placed through the website. All orders shipping to a non-US address are handled on a quote basis.
We do not offer wholesale pricing. When stock permits we may allow a quantity discount for our products. When this option is available, you will see the attributes in the item description.
We will ship to military addresses, however, only our Premium shipping method is available for these orders.
We ship fast, so a cancelation may not always be possible. However, you can email us at any time to cancel an order prior to shipping.
Orders are placed online through the website. We are not set up for phone sales at this time.
All orders will be assigned a tracking number that will be sent to you by email. You can track the status of your order by going to My Account.
Once an order has been placed, it is immediately sent to Fulfillment. We ship daily for most orders placed before 12:00 PST. During peak season (Sept/Oct) please allow up to 24 hours for shipping of your order. We do not ship on weekends.
Shipping charges are based on the total of your order. Oversized items will incur an additional $15.00 charge per item in addition to our regular shipping rates. These items will be marked as Oversized in the item description
The current sales tax rate charged to Arizona addresses is 6.10%.

Please contact us regarding products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. We will gladly accept unused products for return within 14 days from when you received your purchase.
